Sonica Sanctus is a participatory sound circle which engages participants in sounding for personal well-being.
Sonica is based on mindful listening, soulful sounding, ritual drumming, improvisational playing and musical journeying. Lots of instruments will be available to play with. No musical experience is necessary.
This is a safe space for promoting sound mind and body, as well as for mediating community building and creative play. Come, enter sound and energy as prayer.
